opening roster window after programm start #286

Windows 7, Vacuum-1338

1. run vacuum and open roster window (portable on USB stick)
2. close application with right-click on tray icon and choose exit (roster 
window still open!)... vacuum will be closed.
3. run vacuum again and get fosuc on another application (let vacuum to start 
in background) look at the tray icon and wait till it will be online, wait some 
seconds more.
4. left-click on tray icon, roster window doesnt open, you may click how many 
times you want.
5.the only way to open rsoter window is to right-click on tray icon and choose 
from tray menu to open roster window.

P.S. if you in 2). close vacuum but roster window is minimized (not opened!) 
then running again vacuum makes tray icon to open roster window behaves right.
