Add Ubuntu 22.04 LTS #78

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS will be released tomorrow (Thursday 21st of April 2022). Make sure poky is available from day 1.

The poky containers are built on top of the yocto-dockerfiles base and builder containers, so any new distribution/version must be added there first.
