These changes add a basic, clean-looking UI to the EPR checker page
Using a combination of HTML and CSS, the overall page layout and design have been improved. Prior to these changes, the page consisted of nothing but a single, empty square. With the addition of the instruction text, and the reorganization of the core elements of the tool, things should be a lot easier for the basic user to understand.
There is a known issue being pushed alongside these changes: the area in which the output is printed will grow as its contents grow, and this can distort the entire page in certain situations. For the most part, this only affects the Word Count tab, so someone visiting the page for the first time, or using the Abbreviation Conflicts/Acronyms tabs won't be as heavily affected.
