aiopioneer on port 23 #12

Is it possible to run aiopioneer tool for a host that has telnet on port 23 ? I tried with hostname:23 but doesn't seem to work.

Port option added to CLI in dev (it was hardcoded to 8102 :) and will be included in the next release.
