1. Conference Reimbursement

   • First Name & Last Name
   • Email address
   • Physical address
   • Passeport scan (PDF)
   • Bank Letterhead scan (PDF)
   • Receipt of Conference ticket (PDF)
   • Receipts of accommodation, travel and meals (PDF)
   • EPFL Reimbursement form completed (PDF)

2. Cash prize

   • First Name & Last Name
   • Email address
   • Physical address
   • Passeport scan (PDF)
   • Bank Letterhead scan (PDF)

-> email notif to admin when new form filled

Could some workflow be integrated as well ? -> After each challenge end, we select the X fist winners, and link them to conference reimbursement or cash prize of set amount. -> new entry in reimbursement/prize app -> possibility to check when participant filled the form -> possibility for Marina to tell when paiement request sent to EPFL -> possibility for Marina to tell when paiement made
