Will O' Wisp, Natural Bond, an Empower all require essence to cast and when you cast it will reduce your essence pool

Druid:

Will-o-wisps takes 3% of your essence away instead of building essence Illusionary armor takes 4% of your essence away Nature's grace takes away 1% - then Natural bond takes away 3% With the above now in on 5.2.1 it makes staying in the healing tray a whole lot easier and longer. I'm not sure if the above are intended, because originally Illustionary armor was free to everyone (now it's costing resources), will-o-wisps gained essence, and I don't remember on Nature's grace and natural bond. I like the changes, just not sure if they are intended.
