The "Use Gate" interaction inside the fort is tricky. If you stand on the magic teleport it does not work and uses the "F to Interact" meant for the ramps. You will have to stand between the magic teleport thingy and the bronze statue to get "Use Gate". Once the ramps are build, this issue is resolved.
