Regression: all times - table2 does not print #111

Closed crtahlin closed 10 years ago

crtahlin commented 10 years ago

Scenario: demo data, numeric vars, second option of model Table2 does not seem to print out, although graph2 does (and has the same "if" clauses)?

Check and fix

crtahlin commented 10 years ago

Table3 also does not seem to display.

crtahlin commented 10 years ago

Same for binary vars

crtahlin commented 10 years ago

Fixed. Closing.

it seems that it still does not work?

llaarraa commented 10 years ago

I included in the draft a proposal on how to denominate the three types of models. see if it makes sense, should be easier to understand

from tge draft The mixed models can include a single covariate chosen by the user, (choosing Outcome ~ Covariate + subject (random eff ect)), a covariate and the evaluation occasion (Outcome ~ Covariate + Evaluation occasion + subject (random eff ect)), or a covariate and time from inclusion Outcome ~ Covariate + Time from inclusion

Re: rename of models - Yes, this way is much clearer, I used it (Note: I Capitalized the first letter of "Subject")

Re: the bug - I cannot/do not know how to reproduce it. Could you attach a screenshot of the parameters used and the output?

@llaarraa : does this wor now, or does the problem still exist?
