Add tables further describing the data for tabs #80

For tabs: RCS, Logistf, Boxplots.

@llaarraa : Implemented tables with Boplots stats in commit 86fb2043ca7afb65e7234aa7a6aa8476927487a1 . (Used the variant of outputting an arbitrary number of tables - depending on the number of measurement occasions.)

Implemented table for RCS tab in commit 5293fbc9ecf2edbfc91740177910d266d3b577f6 . Only prints out P values for the curves. Since they are splines, the coefficients would not make sense to print out, it seems.

Implemented table for Logistf in commit 2e4ed09875d65e12a2e3abb6369ec5b6936b3374 . Prints out Odds ratios and confidence interval
