Fix dotnet + unzip #25

sdk is needed for "dotnet tool"

It seems I made a PR to your repo instead of our own fork by mistake (your image is great, and we were only trying to add some extra stuff for AzureDevops runner). If you can and if not too much trouble, please feel free to remove the PR itself. Thanks
