Backup vault config on every fs creation #119

With the introduction of cryptofs 2.0.0, the regular backup of the masterkey file was dropped, since it is no longer an integral part of the vault structure. Instead, the config file vault.cryptomator should be regularly backuped or compared to the backup.

The related PR #117 just generalized the backup functionality, the actual backup still needs to be implemented.
