Add template address to SaleInitialized event #114

Need some way of mapping the sale data back to the launched template to retrieve the metadata in the UI This needs redepolyed as a patch to 0.1.1 then handled in subgraph and eventually the UI to include metadata in the MVP release.

Issue created after PR #113 to track this change

It seems blockers dont appear on github. On zenhub issues have been created and linked together to get this change into the UI for MVP
