GUI : Show new/young channels for attention and TLC [idea] #109

New channels opened could require some TLC and may deserve a separate page for customisation and monitoring. The num_days can be configurable based on local settings.

Another option might be to add a query at the end of the URL, so something like this would produce different results.

/newchannels/?days=3 /newchannels/?days=30
