The plugin does not exist on the plugins page on dokuwiki,

I have tried downloading the master zip and slapping it inside the plugins folder, and restarted apache.

The format when creating the tables works, But it shows up like this:

The reason the plugin isn't listed anywhere is, that I do not want to update it with every dokuwiki release. Have a look at how old the code is...

That may also be the reason that the links and images are not resolved correctly. Although, for me it looks like that you do not follow the structure outlined in the readme.md.

Are your "mods" logeded in the :mods: namespace?
