Introduce the Custom "Ask" reporter block! #182

We no longer have an intro to the ask block which is a pre-req for HW1.

I think this was supposed to be in lab 1, before it was cut.

I can put this into lab 3 (unless you think it should be earlier).

put the "reporter" version of ask, maybe? Down with global variables...

I think the reporter version would be good. Maybe we can go back and add that in.
