Deployment fixes #17

this pr fixes some typos with the deployment scripts.

Further changes should be done to not have hard-coded VPC and security group values.

we might want to pin the uv version that is downloaded, whenever I wrote the deploy script $HOME/.cargo/env was the correct way to setup the environment

I'll merge this now, but the comment in the userdata.sh should be removed
