Music Visualizer #3

As a music listener, I want a visualizer for the music playing so I can have a pleasurable viewing experience while I'm using this application.

Acceptance test:

Run the application on the webserver and create a playlist. Upon creation, there will be a fractal h-tree in the center of the display that responds to mouse movements, and does various small movements otherwise.
