Rainbow themes #5

We're writing this in Pride month and @csharpfritz sometimes sports a dashing rainbow beard, so how about some rainbow bumpers and the like?

Is there a bigger picture for just 'themes' that could be added after the fact using a plugin model?

Maybe, but I was thinking more about having something rainbow related in the base game, maybe "themes" was the wrong word, but a mechanic around rainbows - especially with the Pride month significance.
