Renames the site to CatSource, cleans up and redesigns the site with new graphic guidelines. Also adds a privacy information banner (the Matomo analytics are on master)

TODO after merge :

[ ] Update the old site to redirect
[ ] Write these guidelines somewhere

I guess we can merge this :) First let's remove the "new things are coming soon" post, and maybe add some line-height
