Resident Evil II can't boot with the combination glide64mk2 + rsp_hle

Describe the problem:

As seen in issue #99, Resident Evil II can't boot with the combination of 
glide64mk2 and rsp_hle. A fix implemented in the rsp plugin was proposed, but I 
believe this should be better implemented inside the video plugin. I propose 
therefore the following patch.
