Fixes #132

Removed "T-pose"
Change "intialization pose" to "calibration pose"
Added explanation of the nominal configuration.

@tvdbogert Is this enough for explaining the "nominal configuration" of our inverse kinematics? Also, do I need more detail explaining the calibration pose (T-pose).
