WAVE is holding a workshop on Tuesday, May 2 from 9 am-12 pm CT to cover some of the decision points which require a deeper discussion than the regular TF/group meetings.

Use this issue tracker to contribute discussion items. These will be collated by the TWG Chair before the meeting and converted in to a presentation deck to drive the agenda for the day.

For each item, please suggest a title, and provide some background text as well as the decision to make or call-to-action. Also state which TF or group you feel the work falls under.

Title: Review and prioritize the remaining work required to launch the DPCTF Test Suite Background: There is a need to prioritize the remaining work on the various outstanding features/tests to include in the upcoming DPCTF Test Suite Staging tests, which is required prior to Launch. Prioritization needs to balance the importance of the feature/tests to the streaming industry vs the amount of work required and availability of resources. Impact: Required to complete Test/Vector development; the DPCTF specification; close related open issues.

Title: Identify a Staging Test Engineer Background: It has been decided that the Test Engineer who performing the Staging tests should not have been closely involved in the development of the Test Suite. The DPCTF and the TWG are actively looking for a volunteer. If one has not been identified prior to the Workshop the DPCTF asks that this be included on the agenda. Impact: Completion of Staging is required for Launch.
