^I thought after pressing the help button, I will expect the help window to pop up as well, not just the list of commands on the right panel. However, I am not sure what should be the intended function of the button here as it seems that this functionality is not specified in the user guide as well.

Justification for why the documentation is unambiguous:

As what the name of the button suggests, the Help button follows the functionality of the help command.

The help window only pops out when the user type in helpwindow into the command box.
