Upon error in updating Agent, the FE shows success message #322

Description

When an error occurs in the backend during the Agent model update, the Frontend still displays a success message, misleading the user into thinking the update was successful.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Agent settings.
  2. Update the model selection.
  3. Upon saving, the update gets an error in the backend.
  4. the Frontend shows a success message.

It should show an error message
