Arocho added, but footnotes should be updated to be linked footnotes. Also needs to be added to index page

Dzumala is done (just a pdf) and simply needs to be added to the index.

Lang needs to be double-checked for formatting and have its footnotes updated to be linked footnotes. Also needs to be added to index

outstanding work has been moved to #109. Additional projects to be added (not yet ready as of this issue) will be added in subsequent issues
