Convert, rehouse, and update links for objects in GD #44

Related to #36 and #33

Objects currently housed in GD, including for the paternoster audio files in the Burn Salve Activity Sheet, and that are targets of hyperlinks in published sandbox content need to be converted (to proper persistent format, if not already) and rehoused at a stable location.

In short, GD items need to get out of GD and any links to the GD need to be changed to new more stable place.

@caro27, for the audio files of the paternosters, would vimeo or youtube be good candidates to serve these resources publicly?

Sure! I think either of those is fine. If I remember correctly, we used Vimeo because it was best for the libraries, so that might be easiest? Let me know if you want me to upload (and make sure the captioning works).

Thanks, @caro27! Do we need to upload with captions or a transcript? Or any other special requirements? Otherwise, they are mp3s and should be ready to go

We will definitely need to provide captions, so that will take a bit of time (I know we have the transcript, but getting the timing right), but I can get to it next week. We have two files with the paternosters, so I'll send you an email to confirm which one. just in case. @njr2128
