ColorPicker uses the wrong order of loading tabs visibility

• Minimal reproducible example
  1. Add the following ColorPicker to the screen:

     <colorPicker id="colorField"
          rgbVisible="false" 
          swatchesVisible="true"/>

  2. Open the screen.
• Actual behavior
