Minimal reproducible example
Create Security Groups with names: A,B
Open User list
Create filter by Group
Expected behavior Groups should be sorted by alphabetical order. The order behavior broke on CUBA 7 (after filter to DataLoader migration), but works on CUBA 6
Actual behavior Groups are not sorted by alphabetical order
