Word wrap and placement of "Visible for REST API" and "System" Report check boxes #191

Platform version: 7.0
Client type: Web
Demo server: http://cubadev:9070/app/#main/2

Description of the bug or enhancement

Open Administration -> Reports -> Create -> New. Go to Roles and Screens.

1) Checkbox "Visible for REST API" has buggy layout - no need for label word wrap here.

2) For the God's sake, can we move these 2 checkboxes to other, more noticeable place? At least surround by titled group box?
