[ ] for rounds with cutoff, only show the number solves they're guaranteed
[ ] make navbar fit on data entry page: remove labels
[ ] I'm pretty sure there can be null solves in https://github.com/cubing/ccm/blob/a4a5bc0440a76171cb1fb9fca4e3931e67d287f6/both/lib/wca.js#L348-L350

Maybe automatically close round when the time slot for the round is past rather than when all results are in?

I believe that competitions never follow schedules closely enough for that to work. Even US Nationals falls behind.
