Scrolling is stuck with mouse movement after selecting an option from a select dropdown (on FireFox) #1230

Scrolling is stuck with the mouse movement (up/down) after I select a value from the select dropdown. I'm using the same Jquery and IScroll versions used in this fiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/e8gjpk8v/1/ Jquery (v2.1.4) IScroll (v5.2.0) Please open the above fiddle using FF v59.0.2 (64-bit)

I'm running Windows 8.1 (64) OS
