I have a document that is listed on the database as a 2-page document. in the binder, it includes 2 electricity bills (for Jan and for Feb). But in the folder with originals, I only have one (second) page, the January bill. I could not locate the first page (the February bill) in either January or February folder. What would be the best way to document this?
