Require `Abstract` field for all work types #88

Undergrad Honors Thesis is requiring the Abstract field for submission. This will need further investigation regarding whitespace and acceptance criteria.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Abstract a required field

Need to make sure text encoding issue is resolved before requiring this field for all content. Both are high priority.
