Provide preloaded taxonomies for new calendars - before Admin setup

Feature: Preload Footlight CMS (before Admin setup) with taxonomies and controlled vocabulary for standard fields.

To do now:

1. Add the Event type taxonomy for all NEW calendars. This taxonomy would come preloaded for the Admin to continue setting up their listing CMS. Find the taxonomy here: https://cms.footlight.io/dashboard/64873209371b8f0064913ad0/taxonomies/add-taxonomy?id=6493412695ffd60064a9f63b

I think that is a great idea to add preloaded taxonomies to the NAC calendar. They have not started using it yet.

@troughc The concepts are also now added automatically when you create a calendar. You can find a sample calendar I created here.

@sahalali note that this feature will be deployed in the sense that every new (future customers) Event listing CMS we create would get these taxonomies.
