Generally: opening new windows is bad UX, poor for accessibility. Suggest no for this one. @frankieroberto - what do you think?
I would generally agree, but for some reason it seemed like it might be a "nice to have", as you might be flicking through possible data resources. But just a question, not exactly a burning one, so happy to retire it.
My solution to this is usually to have my thumb on the Command key and open in a new tab :)

I'm against forcing people to open in a new window - should be something people choose. Especially as nearly everyone uses a tabbed browser nowadays.
Closing this as 'done in browser anyway' :)
Would it be a nicer UX thing if the "visit site" opened in a new window, or would that just be annoying in a different way?
