[I7-2072] There should be a way to install inform from source #12

I want to be able to perform a system-wide install inform7 from the source code, as simply as make install. Currently, I can only do this using the pre-packaged release at http://inform7.com/downloads/, but there is no ability to do it from the source repo. So, it would be nice if building that source tarball were also a build target, and from there an install option were provided. Right now, if I wanted to install from source, I would have to manually copy each file that I want to install, a list of files I have no way of knowing.
