add support for checkpointing user delegations on gauge activity
this change mandates that all future Boost Delegation contracts support the adjusted_balance_of_write interface Reference: https://github.com/curvefi/curve-veBoost/pull/20

Thanks for the pull request @wavey0x .

What we plan to do is move the gauges on mainnet to a special gauge factory (so there is no tie-up with an AMM factory). we can add this improvement there. I will inform you once that project starts.
