New users - time lag between creation of account and appearance in list #51

Is it normal that it takes a day for new user names to appear in the user list when I want to add them as a collaborator?

Hi @sarahgarre, yes there is a delay before a new user appears this was set to 24 hrs but we've just reduced that so that it checks every 5 minutes
