Changes:

added custom scrollbars (#112)
attempts to perform better when highlighting the residues in the RCSB viewer by adding a timeout to the Mol* bind (#113)
fixes pocket visual (#114)
changes URL arguments to be fetched instead of storing the data in the URL (#121)
updates for all Node packages
added some new functionality - pockets in Mol* now may be colored by the atoms/whole residues (the user decides)

Just a small not, I would prefer to capitalize all commit messages like "Added an options for pocket visualisation." just without the dot at the end.
