Observation 1:

Photo and Drawn Image placement/Layout

[desktop] My eyes are drawn to focus on the square image, rather than the testimonials or the photograph.

In contrast, on [mobile] view, these images work like 'bookends' around customer testimonials. This feels more like the intended goal. Mobile looks great here. 🔥

Observation 2:

Photo and Drawn Image sizing

When I view Brands/Customers section - at different widths, the image of the woman compresses / stretches depending on the dimensions.

What is your thought about - for [desktop] views, removing the drawn image of the stylists - as well as the line between these two sections?

I wonder if that will give the photograph and testimonials more room to breath.

This is just one thought. I do not know the level of effort / time that would take - or if it is in line with your vision.
