Camera hole/notch/cutout screenshot

On many devices the camera hole/notch/cutout in the screen has touch capabilities. It would be convenient to tap on the camera to start a screenshot. Currently the floating button cannot be moved over the notch.

• As a first step the floating button should be allowed to be placed over the notch.
• As an improvement there could be a separate option to enable the camera hole. This would make it clear to the user that this feature exists. Dimension and position of the hole/notch can be retrieved programmatically. Possibly a slightly larger touch area can be used, so that even devices that lack touch capabilities on the notch, can use the feature.
