Blank screen usimg when using Jabo 1.6 or 1.6.1 video plugin #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Jabo 1.6.1 video plugin from pj64 1.6.1 update 
http://www.jabosoft.com/?articleid=115 (featuring pj64 1.7 changes and far more 
stable and compatible than any other n64 video plugin)
2. Copy plugin to 1964 plugins folder.
3. Start 1964
4. Select Jabo 1.6.1 video plugin
5. Load any game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game loads and displays Graphics

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1964 r146 tested on win7 32 and x64 with Nvidia GeForce 8600

Please provide any additional information below.
1964 r138, gave an error message. In r146, the error is gone, but the newer 1.6 
and 1.6.1 plugins still do not display any graphics.

1964 v1.2 r146
Jabo 1.5.2 -> works 
Jabo 1.6 ->  blank screen (no errors )
Jabo 1.6.1 -> blank screen ( no errors)

Jabo's gfx plugin works perfectly on 1964
you need to put Project64.rdb into your 1964 folder

I copied the .rdb, it still stays black after loading

Put the Project64.rdb fine in your 1964 root folder 
1964\
and the Jabo_Direct3D8.dll in the plugin folder
1964\plugin\

This resolved the issue for me.
