ADXL345: Add Top-Level Methods #8

It would be useful to have some nice top level methods for general tasks.  For 
example, the chip boots into standby mode, but it must be put into measurement 
mode to get accel data.

Possible Methods:
- set_measurement_mode
- set_standby_mode
- set_full_res
