I am suggesting a class called "Disease and harm" into which the WHO terms could be classed. We could have separate subclasses for diseases and other forms of harm, if we decide that is necessary, but I want to ensure that we have the scope to create terms for things like sexual harassment or queer bashing if they are not included in the WHO vocabulary. Please see the spreadsheet (link above) for my draft definitions.

Could go with barebones, e.g. "Describes the condition or conditions leading to a living entity's death."
BUT maybe we need to indicate that this is a class of diseases, illnesses etc. that can be used if we use these terms for stuff derived from health tags, diseases associated with characters in books, etc., so something more generic might be better?
BUT would we still nevertheless need to have a definition of CauseofDeath as subclass of eventFactor: Describes the condition or conditions of a living entity's death.
and have another Class that would be used for non-events involving illnesses? @GuelphOntologyTeam @joelacummings
