Better keyboard shortcut configuration #61

On Windows appsettings.xml can be used to configure keyboard shortcuts, although manually editing a text file is not ideal. On Mac/Linux even that isn't accessible yet.

Is it possible to find this list in the program itself? Plus I would agree that the ability to configure/change the shortcuts from the GUI especially on Linux/Mac would be so good.
