This PR includes changes for:

  1. Problem while accessing candidates prop.
  2. Added Node Mailer config in config.js, .env and, emailHelper.
  3. Code to set candidate.isSent to true after sending an email to the selected candidate
  4. Includes Vacancy CRUD
  5. Vacancies Test
