Add 4.2 Will it be possible to see pre-release (4.3 / 5.0) doco? http://railodocs.org/index.cfm/previous/versionlist/majorversion/4

I think all the versions that we will be going to put up will be final release versions. Then you know the documentation is accurate. Beta and pre-release things tend to change and I would have to keep updating it.
