(1) Settings dialog includes options for picking a type of stream (Local, FTP, HTTP); (2) The Launch CTweb server dialog includes a new field in which the user can enter any other desired CTweb server command line args; (3) Move the include mouse cursor option from Settings dialog to the front control panel, as this control is associated with a specific stream not with the overall CT connection
