FR: `cynkrablog::use_post()` #61

Creates a new post with sane defaults.

Before embarking here, I'd like to check if I have missed prior art. Also, I didn't want this to be a blocker for my next post 🙃

But no "official" solution? Would you like to propose a use_post() in this repo, but using usethis templates?

Not yet, see https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/issues/3917

I'll add this on my TODO list for next week or so. Unless this is blocking a :sparkles: new post :sparkles:
