make cross-platform script running slightly simpler by using --prefix <path> in NPM commands instead of cd <path>; command
closes #194 by adding CircleCI Firefox job using Cypress CircleCI Orb
closes #176 by adding GH Action run and a few slides about it

Sigh, AppVeyor cannot even install stuff (node-gyp problem)
